Location:- Pune and HyderabadA Retail Marketing executive will implement marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with marketing objectives.KRARegional Retail Marketing strategy: Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns in alignment with the regional strategy.Sales Growth and Brand Awareness: Responsible for executing regional marketing strategies that enhance the brand awareness and impact sales growth.Underperforming Stores: Identify the underperforming stores and implement targeted strategies to boost sales growth.Regional New Market Development: Execute growth strategies for successful market expansionResponsibilities:Implement marketing campaigns and promotions within the assigned region, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing strategy.Support the coordination of in-store events and promotional activities that attract customers, increase sales.Execute new store launches activities and the strategies for the new store growth.Implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase the sale of existing stores.Identify underperforming stores within the region and implement market-specific strategies to boost sales growth.Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, displays, and other marketing collateral.Ensuring that expenses are within budgetary constraints.Ensure that all in-store marketing activities comply with brand guidelines.Monitor the performance of in-store marketing initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Candidate ProfileQualificationBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required2-4 years of retail marketing experienceExperienceExperience in execution of ATL and BLT marketing strategiesSolid understanding of marketing principlesProficiency in executing new store launches, in-store events and promotional activitiesProficiency in boosting the sales of non performing stores.Technical ProficienciesProficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).Local Market AcumenFamiliar with local market trends, customer behaviors, and competition.AchievementsExecution of marketing campaigns that lead to sales growth.Successfully revitalized underperforming stores.Execution of new store launch marketing initiatives.SkillsMarketing Strategy Execution: Proficient in executing regional marketing strategies tailored to specific markets.Sales Growth: Proven ability to drive sales growth through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools and analytics tools like Google Analytics, and CRM systems.Vendor Management: Effective collaboration with external vendors and agencies for delivery of marketing collaterals and campaign execution.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Team Collaboration: Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
