As a graduate, the work you can expect to getinvolved in will include: • On-the-job training on aregular basis. • A graduate induction events. •Specific technical and softer skills training on a national basis.• Regular technical training and opportunities to developwider market knowledge. • A buddy from your first day tohelp you settle in. • A Performance Manager to support youwith your progress, performance, and any work or HR-related.Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities •An opportunity to gain practical work experience by being part ofthe audit team of large/multinational global and local governmentand private sectors including financial services industry andregulators, energy and oil and gas, real estate, health care, etc.• Ability to gain practical knowledge of internationalaccounting and auditing standards, accounting disclosurerequirements. etc. • Opportunity to deliver a high-qualityaudit, while understanding the business and risks of the entitiessubject to audit. • Exposure to document audit works in atechnology driven digital platform (Clara) that allows to deliverglobally consistent engagements, real time collaboration withclients and transparency and enables to perform data analytics etc.• Drafting and delivering proposals, preparing engagementagreements, invoicing etc. • Using a range of researchtools, technology, and KPMG knowledge to provide meaningfulsolutions to any queries raised by clients. • Buildingrelationships with key client contacts. • Team buildingwith your colleagues, opportunity to be part of corporate socialresponsibility activities etc. Minimum Requirements •Completed Accountancy / Finance or relevant degree from a localQatar university. • Must be residing on Qatar and underfamily sponsorship. • Minimum with 3.0 GPAscore
