Responsiblity;Visitingnumerous residential and commercial locations, on a daily basis, tocollect solid and liquid waste either by manually collecting thegarbage or using an automated garbage-disposaltruck.Transporting and disposing of garbage ina safe, effective, and environmentally friendly manner, at a cityor state-approved dump site.Ensuringrecyclables such as glass, paper, and plastic are properlyseparated from other types of garbage for effectiverecycling.Operating an automatedgarbage-disposal truck to lift garbage dumpsters and trash cans,when necessary.Crushing or burning garbage, ina controlled environment, whennecessary.Collecting pieces of furniture orlarge electronic devices, by appointment, or from the roadside, foreffective disposal.Clearing debris fromroadways to ensure a safe and cleanenvironment.Maintaining the garbage-disposaltruck by performing routine maintenance, such as checking tirepressure, topping off fluids, and inspecting mechanical parts forunusual wear and tear.Scheduling weeklygarbage pick-ups for residential and commerciallocations.
