IT Business & Technology Manager

We're looking for creative leader with a passion for innovation, knack for problem solving, and ability to thrive and drive the team to take the organization to next level.Business & Technology Manager will be managing the overall IT operations and will be responsible for the effective and successful management of technical teams, their productivity and quality control as established and set for the IT Department. BT Manager will also be spending a lot of time working with clienteles to understand the best technology investments to address their processes and concerns. BT manager will create documentation to address business requirements based on the requirements gathered as a proposed solution in consultation with the technical teams. BT Manager must translate business requirements to technology plans. Preparing technology plans and budgets represents a large amount of time for IT managers along with reviewing vendor products and services to ensure all technologies properly integrate together.Day to Day Tasks & Responsibilities:·Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture·Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines·Oversee day-to-day operations·Monitor team performance and report on metrics·Motivate team members, discover training needs and provide coaching·Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts·Meeting with clients onsite and remote to understand the business process to suggest business process reengineering and automation·Document and design the business processes in terms of diagram, presentation and requirement specifications.·Liaison between clients, vendor, internal team and cross functional teams with effective communication skills·Manage clients and vendor's key accounts as point of contacts for bothJob SpecificationProven work experience as a team leader or supervisor·In-depth knowledge of performance metrics·Excellent communication, leadership skills, organizational and time-management skills·Decision-Making Skills Leadership - A natural leader who always strives for excellence, calling out the little details when things aren't executed correctly·Multi-Tasking Skills - Juggling between understanding business requirements, handling the client's key accounts and managing the IT team administratively , the manager will be on it·Excellent people skills - you can work as intermediary between various groups of people: Clients, Vendors, IT Team and Cross Functional Teams·Analytical Mindset·Pure Hustle - Being at a startup company means not everything will go according to plan.
