F-15QA AH-64 Customer Training Specialist

The successful candidate will perform thefollowing duties: • Conducts analyses to evaluate customertechnical training needs to determine appropriate training content,objectives and design. • Develops, conducts and evaluateseffectiveness of technical training. • Uses specializedsoftware technology to research, configure, maintain, update anddevelop new and existing media and materials. • Gathersdata to support complete proposal development activities.• Create and manage all Purchase Orders, ensuring on-timedelivery and alignment to customer commitments; • Partnerwith Boeing business entities on improvement strategies, productionreadiness, and critical recoveries; • Establish andexecute strategies to improve training programs and processes-champion quality initiatives; • Serve as the focal forground safety programs and initiatives • Works directlywith Training Instructors and site support staff to ensureprocesses and solutions meet the program requirements andschedules; • Develops solutions that are imaginative,thorough, predictable, and consistent with organization objectives;• Receives general direction for work that is reviewedupon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives; •Documenting facility support requirements and participate in sitesurveys. Develop Site Evaluation Reports and document results,findings and recommendations; • Participate in customerreviews of documents for training facilities. Maintains integratedsite activation plans within a schedule; • The positionmust meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a"US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "US Person" includes USCitizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Required qualificationsmust always be met by the successful candidate. • Musthold US citizenship or ability to work in the US (Green card)• Has at least 2 years of experience working with F-15and/or AH-64 training systems. • Has at least 2 years ofexperience with Middle-East customer-facing programs. PreferredQualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) • 2 + years ofproject management experience • Basic MS Office Skills(Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Typical Education/ExperienceEducation/experience typically acquired through basic technicaleducation (e.g. Associates) and typically 2 or more years'related work experience or an equivalent combination of technicaleducation and experience (e.g. Associates + 1 years'related work experience, 2 years' related work experience,etc.). This requisition is for an international, locally hiredposition in Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the locallevel and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and willcommensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordancewith applicable Qatar law.
