UniformDistribution:Issueclean and properly sized uniforms to hotel staff members based ontheir respective roles.Keep accurate recordsof uniform distribution to ensure that each staff member receivesthe appropriateattire.InventoryManagement:Maintain anorganized inventory of uniforms including tracking the number ofitems available restocking as needed and identifying wornout ordamaged uniforms forreplacement.Fittingand Alterations:Assistnew hires in selecting and fittinguniforms.Coordinate with tailors oralterations services to ensure that uniforms fit properly makingadjustments asneeded.LaundryCoordination:Collaboratewith the hotels laundry department to ensure that uniforms arecleaned pressed and ready fordistribution.Monitor the condition of uniformsto identify any stains or damage that requires special attentionduring the cleaningprocess.QualityControl:Inspectuniforms for wear and tear ensuring that they meet the hotelsstandards for cleanliness andappearance.Report any issues with the qualityof uniforms to the appropriate department forresolution.Lost orDamaged Items:Documentand track instances of lost or damageduniforms.Coordinate with staff members toreplace lost items or arrange forrepairs.UniformPolicies andGuidelines:Enforceuniform policies and guidelines set by the hotel ensuring that allstaff members adhere to the specified dresscode.Provide guidance to staff on the propercare and maintenance of theiruniforms.Communication:Maintainopen communication with various hotel departments includinghousekeeping front desk and management to understand the uniformneeds of eachdepartment.SeasonalChanges:Coordinate thedistribution of seasonal uniforms or adjustments to staff attirebased on changes in weather or specialevents.RecordKeeping:Keep detailedrecords of uniform sizes alterations and any issues related touniform distribution.Generate reports asneeded to assist in inventorymanagement.The role of a WardrobeAssociate is essential to ensure that the hotel staff presents apolished and professional image to guests.
