Enter Job title or skillto search relevant jobsEnter your city or zip to show jobs in yourlocationFull Job Description Production Manager Job Location QatarResponsibilitiesResponsible for performance of production packagingreceivingoperations focusing on cost quality safety employeeenvironmentDevelop troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processesequipmentwith assistance from Project Operations Managers andsupport teamsMonitor and oversee the quality of the finishedproduct by maintainingthe equipment and facility ina sanitary andoptimum conditionPromote enforce quality safety programs andpolicies in order toreduce employee accidents and injuries andconduct safety and processtraining to produce quality safe productsPromote enforce GMPsFood Safety quality sanitation standards toensure product qualityintegrity Conduct quality training Directsthe overall activitiesof the manufacturing facility to ensurecustomer orders are receivedscheduled and produced at the lowestpossible costto meet thecustomers requirements whilemaintainingestablished safety andqualitystandards Analyzes plant operationsand key metrics to ensurethat the facility maintains high qualityand safety standards tocontinue to maintain our leadership positionin the industry Isresponsible for expense management and controlincluding labor andoverhead costs Ensures that Standard OperatingProcedures aredeveloped and maintained for all aspects of thebusiness Engages inthe typical responsibilities of a managerrequiring planningevaluating organizing integrating and delegatingProvidesmanagement of employees directly or through supervisors toensureeffective selection retention development disciplinaryactionandperformance management
