We have solved complex technology rollout and growth problems for our clients in Health Tech, FinTech, Ed Tech, Artificial Intelligence, BlockChain and Digital Transformation Verticals.Responsibilitis:Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytical needs.Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.Ensure high-availability, performance and scalability and security of the production systemsImplement 24/7 monitoring of production systemsImplement best practices to ensure 100% uptimeIdentify and implement automations to improve DevOps operationsApply industry best practices to implement system specific CI/CD processesMaintain documentation of all systems, processes and practices.Requirements:BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical studyMust have at least 3 years of related experience.Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially AWS ECS, Dockers/Docker Swarm and KubernetesKnowledge of Infrastructure As Code: Ansible, Terraform, cloud formationExperience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or JenkinsExperience working with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic / Datadog / PagerdutySignificant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environmentsKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or PythonSkills:Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer serviceExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProcess-oriented with great documentation skillsKnowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available serviceExperience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
