We are looking for driven individuals who can speak Japanese (min N2 level Japanese) to join our growing team of Recruitment Consultants and become a part of the dynamic growth of the Asia Pacific Region, particularly targeting the Japan/ Korea market. They will support our clients in identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs, and consult both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful delivery. What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
