- Conceptualize campaign ideas, campaign line and rationale
- Design campaign theme, visualize overarching campaign look and feel whilst integrating cohesive campaign approach and language across all Farmers departments and channels from In-store through to media channels.
- Conceptualize Brand TVC storyboards, including tone of voice, and visual execution.
- Meet marketing brief and strategic direction whilst delivering a concept that connect to Farmers customers.
- Confidently present ideas and designs. Use referencing and/or mood boards to support ideas and designs as required.
- Receive feedback, discuss and revise concept, design or project deliverables to meet feedback or specific requirements
- Collaborate with peers and teams e.g. Studio, VM, brand and event and provide feedback.
- Ability to lead, manage and inspire
- Photographic art direction - Design and development of photographic direction.
- Produce technically correct artwork
- Liaise with internal business departments as required to obtain all assets, analyse and understand the direction to then develop, refine and roll-out other collateral through multi-channels to agreed brand tonality. Maintain strategy, design and business needs.
- Experience working as an Art Director with a background working in advertising agencies. Evidence of broad strategic thinking
- Degree in Design, Communications, Visual Arts or relevant field
- Proven TVC experience and in-depth understanding of TVC story board creation and the TVC production process from end to end
- 12-15 years' experience in Retail Art direction / design
- Sound and extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite - highly skilled in InDesign
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative, inspiring and unflappable
