An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced client service/customer service professional to join the team responsible for identifying and managing complex motor and property insurance recoveries.

The role will involve correctly determining the most appropriate investigations and assessments are conducted on potential recoveries and actions taken to optimise business outcomes and returns.Develop, implement and communicate recovery claims strategies to reflect QBE's business development and profit objectiveDevelopment and delivery of a strategic approach to ensure complex motor recoveries are optimised. Including use of lawyers and specialistsDevelop and implement insights to ensure the recovery claims function is aligned to the needs of our customers, partners and the businessAnalyse new complex/high value claims for recovery opportunitiesManage stakeholder and customer working relationships internal and external to QBE, including brokers and business partners, to optimise outcomes and improve influence, brand & reputationPlan, manage, maintain, improve, and review complex and high value claims for potential recovery, including gathering key information and documentationLet's talk flexible working!Your story so farProfessional experience preferably in a client service/insurance/liability/legal or operations-based positionSound knowledge of the end-to-end general Insurance business, particularly claims (desirable)Must be able to multitask and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environmentA high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to operate multiple systemsAbout QBE
