Communications Executive

LB Group is a top 75 Chartered Accountancy firm looking to recruit a proactive, creative individual to their Marketing team based in the Ipswich office.We are looking for a proactive, creative individual to join our growing Marketing team, 3 days per week.

They will work with the Head of Marketing to deliver a wide range of marketing communications which articulate the business' key priorities and that connect with audiences - predominantly for our internal audience but with some support for external marketing.

The successful candidate will need to be creative with strong written skills. They will have the ability to research news and communications ideas, and work alongside teams throughout our Group to develop solutions that help shape our communication strategy.

This role will focus on marketing communications across a range of marketing platforms including digital marketing, staff communications and events.

Job OverviewPlan, implement and develop communications projectsCo-ordination of all internal communications including intranet news articles, internal communications projects and staff eventsWork closely with both the HR, Finance and Business Support teams to support internal communications campaigns,throughout the GroupWork closely with the integration team to co-ordinate all communications activities for business acquisitions.A level of support to the Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager on the creation of content across all digital channels,particularly where campaigns span both internal and external audiences, including:Website content and optimisationSocial media content and maintenance of the social media calendarEmail and Social Media campaignsWorking with the Head of Marketing on the continual evolvement of internal communications tools and platforms including the development of the firm's intranet.
