Our client base includes listed and unlisted real estate and infrastructure entities, Australian superannuation funds, foreign pension funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, Australian and foreign fund managers and Australian asset operators. We deliver effective solutions blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profitpanies and private clients with spectacular results. We are now looking for Associates and Senior Associates to work alongside our leaders to take our team to the next level, as we manage a prestigious portfolio of real estate and/or infrastructure related clients, assisting them to solveplexmercial and tax challenges within our vastmunity of solvers. By using the know-how you've gained in Australian taxation, you'll have plenty of opportunities to create change, solve problems and help to deliverplex solutions to our clients. We work from anywhere, so your strongmunication skills and team leadership abilities will get a workout. As member of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Tax Team, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled. You'll also use your Professional Tertiary Qualification/Degree and experience to: Support with the development of investment structures for our clients, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts and Managed Investment Trusts (MITs) Work closely with our wider Financial Advisory business (including our Deals, Tax (stamp duty, transfer pricing and GST), Legal, and Private Clients teams) to support real estate and/or infrastructure projects Assist the team with Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities, including tax structuring and tax due diligence services Conduct research and analyse technical tax issues and preparation of tax reports Assist with taxpliance, including preparing and/or reviewing of trust andpany tax returns Support work with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to obtain rulings for clients, and make submissions to Treasury on policy matters It's time to move forward.
