This exciting opportunity will allow you to play an integral role in our successful and enthusiastic team.The role of an Assistant Agent is to generate new business opportunities for the Director via telephone, letterbox dropping and door knocking as well as nurturing contacts to create long lasting relationships by exceeding the expectations of the customer experience. The Assistant Agent will also support the Director by assisting in ad hoc sales duties.Within the first 12 months the role will focus on: Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops and door knockingOpen for Inspection buyer call backsAssisting and learning from Lead Agent with adhoc sales dutiesIdentify, qualify, and categorise contacts in the CRM systemUpdating tasks / notes in the CRM to ensure contact information is up to date & keep track for follow upAdding contact email addresses and subscribing contact to property updatesSpeaking to buyers to update/determine their buying requirements and offer assistanceSpeaking with prospective vendors to generate appraisals for the DirectorPerform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value Assist with preparing necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparables etc) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation Achieve and report to Director on set Key Performance Indicators Attend all internal training and meetings as directed To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate: Industry standard certifications Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbalThrive in a high paced environmentA high level of initiative, organisation and time management skillsCorporate, professional presentationAttention to detailPositive attitudeAbility to handle objectionsDrivers licenceOwn vehicle A rare opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to learn from the best and build a successful career in real estate joining a very successful and established Director.
