Responsibilities:Delivery of assigned portion of the Pacific PMC AOP: - FI/PI - Modsys - Gas - TerminalsTechnical competence with the complete portfolio of Honeywell solutions.Develop and maintain on a yearly basis a regional sales strategy and sales plan aligned to assigned clientsDevelop and sustain key relationshipsOwnership and year on year delivery of your portion of the PMC Sales PlanCoordination of sales activity on all assigned client' accounts within PacificClearly understand the value generators and cost drivers that are required to be managed for the Southern business to be successful. Focus on how Honeywell can positively impact those value and cost drivers to support the client's business through the adoption of Honeywell solutionsDevelop and maintain on a yearly basis a regional sales strategy and sales plan aligned to your clients ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives and aimed at delivering clear value to your clients and Honeywell.Develop and sustain key relationships within the client base in your region.Promote and position Honeywell as your client's technology solutions partner.Participate in the identification and development of new and/or alignment of existing Honeywell value propositions to meet your clients ongoing business and operational needs.Participate in the identification of product development/improvement requirements that are required by your clients to further increase the value Honeywell can add to their systems investment.Utilise the Pacific PMC team of Technical Consultants, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Application Specialists to support your clients' requirements and the growth of Honeywell's business relationships with them.Work proactively with the operations team to identify in a timely manner resource skill sets and loading for sales support, consultancy projects and post project support.Collaborate with all members of the team to deliver maximum value to our clients and to Honeywell.Key Experience & Capabilities:Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Process Control - preferredMinimum 8 yrs. relevant sales and industry experienceStrong business development and relationship skillsDemonstrable leadership qualities and experienceStrong Process Control applications related background Strong technical knowledge of Instruments, Modular Systems and PLC's, Gas & Terminals portfolios, and Manufacturing Execution Systems Sales Management skills in areas of team development, forecasting, planning and commercial negotiationsSignificant and successful experience in Sales in the development and growth of corporate/EPC's accountsRelevant vertical market and business experience and exposure to commodity-based industries, specifically Power, P3, Mining, Minerals, Metals and Oil and GasExcellent verbal/written/presentation skills.About UsThe world is changing.
