Regional Manager, HRThe Regional Manager, HR, will provide HR Business Partnering leadership for our offices in Global. This position is a member of our global HR team and is accountable for planning, managing and improving a range of HR activities including program implementation, associate relations consulting and local hiring.This position reports to the Global HR Director based in Singapore.Major ResponsibilitiesPeople and CultureAssociate Engagement: Take and maintain pulse of the organization through informal and formal associate surveys. Provide recommendations to leaders about strengthening engagement. Implement those recommendations that are agreed uponAssociate Relations: Consult with and coach managers and associates on all aspects of associate-related issues including performance concerns, policies and procedures interpretation, misconduct investigations and terminationsCulture: Maintain the company's People First culture by fostering a positive work environment for all associates, adhering to policies and procedures, as well as managing associate recognition programsHR Strategy & ConsultingProvide advice and counsel to business leaders on a wide array of considerations including team design, team dynamics, retention and engagement, and bench strength as well as individual coaching for enhanced performanceHR Metrics: Work with the Reward COE to track and analyze staffing, retention, turnover, exit interview data and other information necessary to provide qualitative and quantitative insightsWork with the Learning COE to manage the succession planning process including talent profiles, 6 block matrix, successor plans and development action commitments; identify the major strengths & opportunitiesEnsure associate development plans are in place and activated, thereby ensuring strong bench strength is in place for the futurePlanning: In partnership with other global HR leaders, create talent plans and provide the leadership to implement in client groupsTeam LeadershipAttract, develop and motive the talent needed to achieve business successEstablish high performance expectations, coach team members to success and hold individuals accountable for achieving resultsTalent Acquisition & Employer BrandStreamline hiring practices across Singapore and Asia, and bring forward best-in-class practices to attract the best talent for the organizationProvide strategic direction for building the employee value proposition and experience across GlobalPersonal CompetenciesOperates with Strategic AgilityAbility to analyze and action on HR needs / requirements based on business plansA solid understanding of business and the labor marketplace with the ability to offer insights that can be translated into actionable HR plansFosters a People First CultureAn advocate for what is right for the business by acting with integrity and fostering an engaging workplaceAbility to promote and model a positive, respectful workplace through effective open-door policy, creativity, self-confidence and trustProvides Influential LeadershipTrust and credibility earned by honoring commitments and delivering resultsAn empathetic listener with the ability to effectively communicate in a professional, direct and concise manner with associates at multiple levelsDevelops Self and OthersAbility to challenge self to build a stronger organization through motivating, showcasing proactive and positive attitude, coaching and mentoring of othersRequirements and QualificationsUniversity degree in business or Human Resources10 - 12 years of HR business partner experience, preferably in a retail organization, and 2-3 years leading an HR teamDemonstrated management or leadership skills, preferably experience leading other HR professionalsProficient with Singapore and Asia HR practices and employment laws, compensation, hiring, performance management, coaching and employee relationsKnowledge of HR and payroll technologyAbility to travel as necessary#L1-KW1#J-18808-Ljbffr
