They're known for innovation and international presence , and they're seeking a talented Senior Insurance & Risk Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key role in safeguarding the company's future by: Managing the group insurance program: You'll ensure the company has the right coverage at the best value. Annual renewals and reporting: Stay on top of renewals and keep leadership informed. Claims & Risk Management: Be the point person for insurance claims and proactively manage risk across the organization. Supporting the Business: Provide expert insurance guidance and support to all departments. Board & Committee Liaison: Prepare reports and present to senior leadership on risk and insurance matters. To thrive in this role, you'll bring: A sharp mind with a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Exceptional communication: Confidently interact with all levels of the organization. Proven Experience: Have experience managing risk or insurance programs in a large organization. A Reporting Pro: Compile clear and concise reports for senior management.
