Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.Our Owners Services team provide the external customers across Asia Pacific with support and education in the company's product.As an intern you will be:Receiving training requests from various departments and appropriate scheduling to deliver the service.Maintenance of Training Calendar & regular updates on staff movements.Assistance in organising training rooms, collaterals, KPI maintenance, etc Tracking & indexing delivery modules and training records.Lead the scheduling & attendance records of customer education sessions.Index & catalogue our digital collaterals to ensure they are aligned with the program delivery.Review customer feedback and distribute it to relevant channels for appropriate action.About you??Strong communication skillsDetail orientedAn ability to work well independently and in a team environmentHave the ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplaceUphold Wyndham's high standards of qualityKnowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint is highly regarded.?How to Apply?
