Job Description:
Norfolk Southern is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate level position, the Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting our online marketing efforts and helping to drive the growth of our digital presence.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website- Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram- Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of online marketing efforts- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content for online channels- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media and other online platforms- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 4 years of experience in online marketing or a related field- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing online marketing strategies- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making- Independent and resilient personality traits, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strategic planning skills to help identify opportunities and overcome challenges
