VPS5.1 Fixed term 6 months - Flexible (Full or part time) About the role The CRM Marketing Lead is a newly created role to build Sustainability Victoria's CRM and email marketing capabilities. The role will have a focus on maturing SV's email and database marketing function, this role will work closely with IT, communications, stakeholder engagement, and marketing staff to identify and implement improvements to SV's CRM and email marketing channels. About you The role requires experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Salesforce or similar, experience in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar, and a strong background delivering data-driven CRM or database marketing. You will have extensivexperience (5+ years) in managing email marketing or CRM implementation projects and a strong proficiency and understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms.  An understanding of data privacy legislation and Government policies is desirable.
