Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidanceAnalyze trends and metrics with the HR departmentResolve complex employee relations issues and address grievancesWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this roleClosely monitoring industry trends and standards for formulating own strategiesRetrieve and analyze data, and establish key business metrics to measure product success and drive alignment across all teams to improve themProvide HR policy guidanceMonitor and report on workforce and succession planningIdentify training needs for teams and individualsEvaluate training programsSuggest new HR strategiesRequirements & Skills

Proven work experience as an HR business partnerAt least 5+ years' experience in consulting or startups with a very high delivery background (both supply and demand-side)Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for 0 to 1 initiatives.Excellent communicator that can influence internal and external stakeholders.Excellent people management skillsAnalytical and goal-orientedDemonstrable experience with HR metricsThorough knowledge of labor legislationFull understanding of all HR functions andbest practices
