Frequent travel & perksLead high impact Exhibition Projects across ANZ with an Industry specialistOpportunity to travel to lead onsite teams, with all the perks & flexibilityAutonomy & sophisticated systems to manage entire process to client handoverJoin this Industry leader, a team of passionate and highly professional custom exhibition stand specialists, as they partner with top tier Pharmaceutical, Medical and Commercial clients. Collaborate with highly experienced Account Managers to conceptualise and implement bespoke projects across ANZ and APAC.
Learn and grow with this reputable Operations Director and established Projects team, being mentored to support your development and share best practise. Take the lead on established projects, grow your new client projects skills and create a seamless experience for all stakeholders.This is a newly created role due to business growth.It is the perfect opportunity for aspiring Project Managers as there is a clear development path within this team!
To be successful in this role you will bring: 2+ years' in projects or production side of exhibition, events or similar industryExceptional time management and budget skills, with high degree of accuracyHighly professional communication skills, with exposure to client facing bump-in/handover preferred.Strong foundation in process management, with exposure to continuous improvement advantageous.Qualifications in Construction, Design, Project Management or similar preferred.Ability to travel interstate frequently, with occasional weekend/after hours work and time in lieu.Knowledge of construction, fit-out and/or understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processesExceptional problem solving skills and ability to work under pressureThis role offers a unique opportunity to grow towards a Project Manager role, in a niche field with an Industry leading company. The ideal candidate will bring background in the exhibitions or custom-build space; but more importantly, will bring high energy, strong sense of responsibility and passion for the industry!
