Job DescriptionRobert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Embedded Security Requirements Student to join our XC team on a full time basis for 12 months commencing March 2024.You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our XC team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: Collaborate with our cross-discipline team to accurately specify and implement a security concept for the product.Coordinate with the cross-discipline team to accurately define and understand security assets, objectives and potential threat scenarios.Support the development team in spotting and evaluating vulnerabilities.Manage and enforce internal security engineering processes, including but not limited to threat and risk analysis and security concept.Define system level security requirements for the different phases of product development design, development, manufacturing, warranty & decommissioning.Conduct the proper and complete documentation of the security concept, and align this with internal and external stakeholders to derive respective Software and Hardware requirements.Creation and execution of Security related verification test design and test cases.You will find opportunities to develop your expertise and broaden your tertiary studies. A strong support network will smooth your entry into working life: your supervisor and other team members will be there to help you succeed!QualificationsYou will have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines, work well with teams and have excellent organisational and communication skills.To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:Be currently enrolled in and completed units towards an Engineering Undergraduate degree (Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics or Electrical)Desirable:Demonstrate an understanding of Product Life Cycle (PLC), Defect Management Lifecycle and architecture design.Have some knowledge in Matlab.Demonstrate problem solving skills and understanding methodologies (PSS, 8D).Have experience with product features.Show an ability to work with the customer, eliciting requirements and concept development.Additional InformationWhat BOSCH Can Offer YouAs a values-based organisation, we foster and engage a high-performing culture, and value and promote a diverse workforce, supporting equal opportunities for all of our employees.
