Technical Delivery Lead Employee PlatformAbout the Role... As the Technical Delivery Lead you will manage the end-to-end technical delivery for Great Southern Bank's critical technology systems. You will manage a diverse team of multi discipline technical specialists creating a culture of exceptional service, teamwork,mitment to excellence and a professional ethic that enables the achievement of platform and organisational objectives. You will co-ordinate technology Release and Change management activities and be available to work outside of standard business hours to implement Great Southern Bank change initiatives. As a key member of the delivery function at Great Southern Bank you will be a trusted advisor to business partners from across the Bank offering innovative technology solutions to solve business and customer problems. The role epasses evaluating, planning, scheduling, and managing technology deliverables to ensure scope, budget, quality, milestones, risks, and issues are maintained from design, through the development life cycle, to post implementation production support. You will work closely with the business, vendor, technology, and delivery teams, both internal and external, building a detailed knowledge of the Great Southern Bank application ecosystem to ensure deliverables are strategically aligned. You will build and manage strong relationships with vendors to drive performance. In your role you will support the operational management of assigned systems and lead Incident and Problem management. You are an influential member of the technology team that delivers great customer experiences for our key customer facing channels and internal employee base. We deliver digital self-service capabilities that enable our customers to bank how they want and when they want. We make our customers lives easier by delivering new features and removing friction in conjunction with enabling efficient processes for our employees. About you... Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, and/or Experience with PMBok, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies or similar Experience working in a lead role in a software delivery environment Strong technical knowledge with the ability tomunicateplex technical issues to business stakeholders Sound understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle utilising a variety of methodologies Strong written and verbalmunications skills including facilitating workshops, building relationships, and interacting with key stakeholder across all levels of the organisation Experience with vendor performance and relationship management Ideally experience in the Financial Industry Experience working with Enterprise (finance, people & culture, risk) or Customer-facing technologies highly considered Sound understanding of Organisational Change Management What's in it for you?
