Overnight (Active) Female Disability Support Worker, Coomera, Gold CoastWe are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to join our team to work with our female participant in Gold Coast Northern suburb of Coomera.

We are looking for support workers who have experience working with persons who have a disability. We are specifically looking for support workers who have Adaptability, flexibility, reliability and dedicated to assisting our participants to work towards meeting their current & future health goals. We are looking for support workers who have a minimum Certificate III in Disability or Community Services.

You will be providing exceptional, person-centered care to enhance the life of our client in the comfort of their family home. Overnight active shifts will be available nightly from 9.00pm to 6.00am. Duties and responsibilities may include: Personal Care: assisting with hygiene and personal groomingMedication assistanceHigh Intensity supports including Enteral Feeding and Complex Bowel CareMonitoring the well-being of the participant reporting and documenting on their progressAttending training as requiredManual Handling - including slide sheets and hoists experience preferred but not essentialExpected to follow the company policies and procedures and code of conductWe do things differently at Right at Home. You'll be part of a person's ongoing support team, which means you'll get to build long-term professional relationships with your participant and family members and your teammates.
