Inthis role you will be responsible for leading the execution of all garden and landscape maintenance across a high-end residential client base.

Key Responsibilities Lead a small teamto deliver exceptional maintenance outcomesWork collaboratively with management to ensure projects are effectively resourcedImplement maintenance programs according to season and individual landscape requirementsPerform landscape maintenance activities as required onsite includinghedging, trimming, seasonal pruning & turf maintenanceSkills and Experience 4+ years experiencein the landscape industry and general garden maintenance, in particular high end residential landscape designAbility to tend to new landscapes andensure they reach their full potentialSelf motivated with strong work ethic and pride in your workIn depth plant, weed, pest and disease identification knowledgeConfidence using power equipment such as hedge trimmers,whipper snipper, brush cutter, and mowerExperienceplanting and mulching forsoft landscaping works andturf renovationsSound knowledge of Safe Work procedures and their implementationHigh attention to detail and time management skillsPhysical fitness and ability to work outdoorsBenefits and Culture Industry leading landscape design studioHigh-profile projects and client basePrimarily Eastern-suburbs basedLeadership role offering personal growth and progressionBio: Ryan studied landscape architecture at the Manchester School of Architecture before gaining some architectural design experience in Shenzhen, China, after which he returned to the UK to work for landscape and urban design specialists, Plincke.
