Consultant Transport Engineer (Perth, Western Australia)

The role will be based within our Perth office in Western Australia working on a range of projects. The successful candidate will also assist our team in Melbourne, Victoria with their growing project portfolio.

The role will require working across a range of different projects although the focus will initially be on meeting our commitments on developing traffic engineering and transport planning projects. Experience of transport planning and traffic engineering studies for the public and private sector would also be welcome.

Permanent - Full or Part-time (minimum 3-days a week).

Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or above (Transport Planning/Engineering, Civil Engineering, Maths, Science, Geography etc.) or have more than 4 years' significant experience in Transport Planning and Engineering. They should have experience of delivering and assisting in the project management of small sized commissions (depending on experience and role) with both public and private sector clients. As a confident communicator verbally and in writing, they will be required to present and communicate their ideas clearly and concisely both internally and also to a wide range of external audiences as needed and agreed with the PJA team.

They will also have:
