About your new job
Working closely with the Accountant your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
•Accounts Payable
•Accounts Receivable
•Bank reconciliations
•Process all credit card and staff expenses
•Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct
•Assist with month-end closure and reporting
•Assist the finance team with ongoing projects and administrative support
•Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
•Previous background in a similar position with exposure in AP & AR
•Experience working in a full function/end to end capacity ideal
•Knowledge of Excel
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Strong communication skills
