This role is accountable for managing senior executive recruitment. It is primarily responsible for developing an effective executive recruitment strategy to support leaders to attract, assess and select senior executive talent. The provision of strategic advice and collaborative support to internal stakeholders will ensure quality of service is integrated into the end-to-end service. Aligning recruitment practices with our icare purpose, values, leadership expectations and core capability framework will ensure the integration of our standards into all processes, systems and frameworks achieving compliance and excellence.

Role model our organisational purpose, values, and leadership expectations, advocating for inclusion and diversity while aligning with strategic priorities.Lead the design, development, and implementation of a tailored executive recruitment strategy for hiring managers to attract, assess and select talent, leveraging market research and industry best practices.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as Group Executives, Senior Leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, and external partners, e.g. recruitment agencies and assessment providers.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, targets, and risk mitigation strategies.Routinely share expert and timely advice to stakeholders on executive recruitment matters ensuring hiring managers are optimising options and time to select their talent.Foster a high performing culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying informed and integrating recruitment best practice and workforce trends, and feedback when creating service enhancements.Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in managing executive recruitment activities end-to-end for a minimum of 5-10 years.Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment toolsDemonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning, including the ability to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence executives and senior leaders effectively.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentialityStrong project management skills with experience in leading recruitment projects from inception to completionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Project Management is advantageousAn understanding of NSW Government procurement processes is highly regarded.Culture We know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and would encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.
