Hess is seeking a Call Center Assistant to work from home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner.2. Providing product information and resolving customer complaints.3. Processing orders and updating customer accounts.4. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the database.5. Collaborating with team members to address complex customer issues.6. Meeting key performance indicators related to call quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Independent and dedicated individual with strong communication skills.2. Ability to analyze customer needs and think critically to provide solutions.3. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
