Las Vegas Sands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a part-time remote position with the opportunity to work from home.
As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requests are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients- Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations- Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction and engagement
Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Adaptability and dedication to meeting client needs- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Planning and presentation skills
