Job Description:
AIG is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service- Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department- Conducting research to find solutions and information for customers- Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
