Owens-Illinois, a global leader in glass packaging, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings- Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Managing client accounts and keeping detailed records of interactions- Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
