Account Support Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

Lincoln National is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to account managers in managing client accounts- Conduct research and analysis to support account management activities- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations- Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role- Resilient and driven personality traits- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
