Key Requirements: Certificate III in Landscape Construction (desirable) or equivalent experience. Proficiency in both hard and soft landscaping techniques. Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Excellent reporting and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience mentoring and supervising apprentices. Manual driver's license (desirable) and preferably MR license. Experience operating heavy machinery such as bobcats and excavators. The Role: As our Landscape Construction Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of skilled landscapers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Utilizing your expertise in both hard and soft landscaping to execute projects to the highest standards. Conducting regular reporting and administrative tasks to keep project documentation up to date. Safely operating heavy machinery and overseeing their use on-site.
