Digital Implementation Lead (115975)Our Personalisation & Identity team within our Digital function is growing and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Implementation Lead to join us.About the TeamIn this role you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for digital analytics implementation and aligning with the company's strategic goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for leading development of best practice tagging frameworks that meet business needs and reduces developer effort across web / app. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and rollout. You will be required to work closely with Product Manager - Audiences, to support best in class Coles-wide Audience capability and conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in digital analytics.About the RoleYou will have previous experience overseeing the integration of digital analytics tools and platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and compliance standards. This includes defining metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital analytics implementations and drive continuous optimisation.A key requirement for this role is previous experience working with the product, engineering and insights teams to deliver to oversee the implementation of digital analytics solutions and tag management across our owned properties. You will be required to implement tags for 3rd party media platforms used for search, display, social and affiliate channels and leveraging insights and data to continuously inform and evolve the backlog and priorities.You will work cross functionally to design and implement tag specifications for new product features and enhancements to websites, Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot data quality and site tagging issues, as well as ongoing management and configuration of implementations.About you and your skills• 5+ years hands on experience working with web analytics implementations.• Strong experience working with Tag Management software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten) and data layers• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on digital products and analytics implementations.• In-depth product knowledge of data collection tooling and administration• Independent worker, managing own tasks and timelines• In-depth knowledge of DTM tagging including implementation solution design• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics report suite configuration, processing rules and classifications• Experience with web programming languages such as html, JavaScript and other frameworks like jQuery especially as it relates to coding analytics tags.• Experience implementing web analytics solutions for single page architecture websites.• Experience implementing 3rd party media tags such as DoubleClick, AdWords, Facebook, Rakuten or similar platforms.• Experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus.• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.• Can present well-thought-out analysis of data with exceptional clarity and focus on key business and customer outcomes.• Understanding of digital ecosystem, software development lifecycle, development methodologies (including Agile), enterprise architecture principles, web usability and accessibility, online content strategy, and user experience (UX) design.• Highly collaborative style, able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholder to meet targets.You're a strong communicator who is personable and inspires individuals and ideas.
