A rare opportunity now exists for a Retail Company Stores Manager to join the "Most Trusted Tyre Brand" in the Tyre industry.   Benefits we offer Benefit from a competitive salary, incentive program, vehicle, staff benefits and generous staff discounts Ongoing professional development and opportunities for career development Excellent workplace culture and working environment Be part of an organisation that is serious about sustainability   About The Role The Retail Company Stores Manager position offers an opportunity to lead and execute retail best practice in the provision of tyre and auto service sales for Bridgestone Retail company stores in Victoria whilst ensuring sales, profitability, customer experience, and safety targets for the stores are achieved.   You will ensure that Company Retail Stores in Victoria perform effectively by coaching and  leading Managers in retail best practice, operational management, leadership, recruitment, training and development and safety.   About you Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and empowering your team, whilst ensuring compliance and safe work practices and are always followed.   You will drive sales targets and business initiatives whilst also ensuring the provision of superior service delivery.
