CrossLife Property Ltd (CPL) was established in 2016 to hold and operate on behalf of CrossLife - a baptist church https://www.crosslife.org.au/, any and all real property of the Church. It is a separately incorporated charity, registered with the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission. In accordance with the Constitution, CrossLife Property's primary objective is the advancement of the Christian faith. The business that CPL undertakes is as follows:

Building and property maintenance and cleaningProject ManagementMarketing and community engagement for the Commercial PropertiesLeasing and casual hire managementKey Result Areas: The Maintenance Officer works closely with the 2IC Property Supervisor in undertaking cleaning and maintenance work for CrossLife Property venues and clients. Specific responsibilities are as follows:

Ensuring that proper maintenance procedures for building plant and equipment are observed.Undertake routine maintenance and cleaning as required including:Pool maintenanceBasic plumbing and irrigationCarpentryLawns and gardeningPlasteringPaintingMonitor and complete maintenance and repairs timely and cost-effectively.Assist in capital improvement projects.Qualifications and Experience To be appointed to this role, applicants must:

Demonstrated minimal experience in a similar role or through school studies,Physically be able to manage the requirements of the role, and undertake a medical prior to appointment,Hold a valid Driver's Licence,Have a current (or eligibility for) Australian Criminal History Check,Have a current (or eligibility for) a Working with Children Check,If applicable, have evidence of Australian Work Rights to confirm citizenship or a visa holder,Enter your email address and password to login.
