ResponsibilitiesDefine, develop, and evolve software in a fast-paced, agile environment using the latest technologies and infrastructure.Implement solutions in alignment with shared platforms and solutions, collaborating closely with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers.Participate in product/solution requirement discussions with the Product Manager, Architect, and Tech Lead to translate visions into prioritized technical requirements, user stories, and a well-groomed product backlog.Adhere to SOLID principles for object-oriented design and programming to enhance code readability, maintainability, and scalability.Write standards-compliant code that delivers desired functionality using selected technologies.Analyze performance parameters and assess application performance to ensure efficiency.Contribute to core data structures, algorithms, and their implementation in selected technologies.Foster collaboration across functional teams to ensure aligned activities and deliverables.Champion world-class quality in product development and support.Apply SDLC principles, Lean/Agile/XP methodologies, CI, software/product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring, and testing techniques.Proactively communicate across the team, sharing information with the right level of detail and timeliness.SkillsExtensive experience in software development, scripting, and backend development with a strong emphasis on SOLID principles for software design.In-depth knowledge of Algorithms and data structureKnowledge on Spring securityKnowledge on PowerShell automationKnowledge on Microservice and Cloud platformKnowledge on load balancing techniques and scaling of applicationsAware of methods and practices such as Lean/Agile/XP, etcProven work experience in an agile environmentAware of and able to apply continuous integration (CI)Understanding of the impacts of technology choice to the software development life cycleRequirements1+ years experience as a Node.js Back-end Developer or similar positionFamiliarity of MLOps and DevOpsPossess a general overview of generative AI and prompt engineeringStrong understanding of Data structures and algorithmsExperience with Python and Node.js is preferredExperience in managing version control software like GitHubA good understanding of the DevOps process and how to effectively manage CI and CDMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldHands-on and solid experience with cloud-based platform (i.e. AWS, Azure) solution experienceExperience in Agile MethodologyUse of JIRA is a mustBenefits @ LaunchpadJoining Launchpad means being part of a recognized Great Place to Work:
