About the role The eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the eCommerce and digital ecosystem; spanning website performance and customer experience, paid digital marketing, digital communications and ownership of online revenue targets and the functions profit and loss.
In this role you will be the champion of our online store, demonstrating a digital-first mindset and a clear and deep understanding of the Gewürzhaus customer. You will own the ongoing development of online and digital strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure this is realised, and any digital agencies or external contractors to ensure investment is optimised and returning value.
