This Insurance Officer role is a full time permanent role based in Booragul.

You'll be responsible for: Produce high-quality reports for the Director Risk & Safety, providing crucial insights on insurance matters within the organisation.Serve as a primary contact for our organisation's insurers and insurance brokers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of inquiries and renewals.Maintain comprehensive records of insurance policies and certificates, ensuring easy access to vital information.Play a key role in facilitating the annual insurance renewal process by efficiently managing and providing necessary insurance data.Coordinate claims submission and management with insurers and brokers, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.Oversee insurance projects in collaboration with stakeholders, aiming to enhance the organisations overall insured position and risk management strategies.Essentially you'll have: Experience working in a fast-paced insurance environment.Skilled in insurance negotiations, claims management, and fostering relationships with insurers and brokers.Proficient in reporting, including data collection and analysis.Proven track record in driving continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing policies, procedures, and systems.Effective time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results efficiently.
