How you'll make a difference: The Digital Production Lead plays a critical role in driving the internal client engagement and stakeholder relationships for priority digital content and communications projects, predominately for the department's main websites, Health.vic and Better Health Channel.

This role is also responsible for the management of the job management system for the Digital Content team. Will triage all requests and manage work allocation across the Digital Content team to effectively manage and balance priority work to enable achievement of the department's strategic objectives, working closely with the Business Portfolio Managers to understand key priorities from across the department and to communicate realistic timeframes to stakeholders.

This role is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for Digital Content team tasks and projects, and builds relationships across the department, identifying opportunities to support strategic objectives on our digital channels, providing critical support to the Head of Digital Content Strategy.

This role provides strategic and tactical advice, with an audience and insights led approach, on improving customer experience and operationalising the department's communication strategy, as a key stakeholder engaged on the department's priority projects.

The Digital Production Lead will work closely with the Digital Content Lead, the Service Delivery Lead and the Senior Drupal Developer to drive the continuous improvement of the department's digital presence and content strategy, including functionality and user experience, and resolving website issues.

As appropriate, they may also be required to provide support to other teams across the Branch as and when needed, including participating in out of hours media and emergency rosters, providing support for public emergencies, large-scale communications campaigns, and other high priority projects, contributing to the effective management of work across the Communications and Engagement Branch and department.
