Dedicated individual to support Victoria Legal Aid's service performance analysis, reporting, and forecast through best data management practices to inform resource allocation and government funds application and acquittal.

Salary based on experience, range: $122,401 - $155,782 plus superAttractive employee benefits including salary packaging and hybrid workingAbout the role:

As a Service Performance Analytics and Reporting Lead, you will be utilising your project management skills to manage key projects and deliver successful outcomes over the next six months. Then, move to business-as-usual activities working with Victoria Legal Aid's Outcomes and Evidence team and various business units to ensure data management best practices are maintained in the recording of service outputs across program and regional offices. This position is also responsible for delivering internal and external reporting for the Budget Paper 3 (BP3) and National Legal Assistance Partnership (NLAP) measures.

You will oversee and enhance the service performance demand and modelling with the Criminal Justice Forecasting Model (CJFM) maintained by the Crime Statistics Agency and lead regular engagement with the Department of Justice and Community Safety Victoria, Court Services Victoria, and other agencies to better align system forecast modelling.

Plus, in this role, you will work with internal management to align internal and external service targets and performance reporting on these targets. Regular coordination with regional and program areas on trends, risks, and issues and support business needs to meet targets.

Experience in overseeing service delivery target setting, reporting, and performance analysis preferably in the public sector.Project management skills to meet tight deadlines on projects and manage various tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated problem-solving skills to liaise with stakeholders and analyses issues from different perspectives to find the best solution.Ability to drive process review and implement changes in a timely manner.Well-developed conceptual, analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills to manage precision.Substantial knowledge of governance and administrative arrangements associated with general Government processes.Don't meet every requirement?
