They are now seeking a talented Sales Team Leader to drive the performance of their Brisbane sales consultants.
As the Sales Team Leader, you will:
Lead and motivate a team of up to 7 Travel Consultants to achieve targets across sales, productivity and customer serviceCoach and develop the team through training, mentoring and feedbackEmbody the company's values around quality, integrity and passionEnsure adherence to sales processes while delivering exceptional customer experiencesOnboarding of new starters will be a key part of your role, delivering training sessions and ensuring the learning is embedded effectively. Collaborate with sales managers to continuously improve performanceTo be successful, you will need:
Extensive B2C sales experience, ideally in travel or a related industryProven leadership ability to inspire and get the best out of teamsExceptional coaching and people development skillsStrong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences
