He will manage presales presentations, POCs, and compliance submissions within a given timeframe. Responsibilities also include submitting and preparing solution designs by reviewing the projects offline or on-site (if required) and establishing effective communication. This role will suit an individual who excels in a challenging and dynamic environment, enjoys providing world-class services, and has the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.Responsibilities:-Preparing sales presentations, solution designs, and architecture to help front-line salespeople with a better solution pitch.Manage the entire pre-sales process to support the sales team with POCs and Demonstrations.Managing the entire pre-sales process (compliance, design, estimation and solutions) to close new business opportunitiesIdentifying the requirement analysis and customisation scope in the tender documents.Providing product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.Submitting orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes. Providing technical training to client staff as requiredComplying with legal requirements by keeping abreast of existing and upcoming legislation and advising the customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirementsContributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues and recommending options and courses of actionEngaging in communication and coordination with the channel partner and technology partner community.Creating and designing documents to fulfil the needs of the sales and marketing teams.Candidate Profile:-Excellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication and social competence.Relevant 5+ Years of experience in Presales Management in Access Control and Biometrics products.Should have presales project handling skills, risk assessment skills, team grievance handling skills, and the ability to complete project document submission in a timely manner.The structured approach combines a careful, accurate, and result-oriented methodology, especially in problem analysis.Strong documentation abilitiesThe candidate should have a zeal to learn new technologies and an analytical understanding of the solutions.The candidate should take initiative & ownership for delivering the tasks assigned within the timeframe.The candidate should be flexible to travel (as and when required).WHAT WE ARE EXPECTINGAs you are going to be a part of a Presales Team serving Global customers competing with American & European brands the following are our minimum expectations:
