Candidates should possess excellent communication skills with pleasing personality, aggressive in meeting the targets and should have proven experience in Referral Sales.The job description for the position is as follows -Achieve assigned targets and objectives related to referral sales, contributing to the overall revenue growth and business success.Guide the team in actively seeking out potential referral sources such as current clients, satisfied customers,to generate leads and referrals.Cultivate strong relationships with existing and current customers to encourage them to provide referrals. This involves maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.Update the customers about the products or services offered by the company, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to encourage them to refer potential customers.Clearly explain the referral program details, including any incentives or rewards offered for successful referrals, to potential referral sources to motivate them to participate.Maintain accurate records of referrals received, including details of the referral source, contact information for referred prospects, and the status of follow-up activities using SFDC.Responsible for reducing the cancellations and payment deviations.Responsible for closures of all the alternate channel leads.Achieve the channel's revenue and profitability quotas through various initiatives.Thorough understanding of the product portfolio. Understanding customer requirements to pitch in suitable product.Candidate should be MBA with 6 -9 years of experience in referral sales and should be a team lead for atleast 3 years. Early joining will be an added advantage. PRB
