The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs related to medical coding. The Medical Coding Trainer will also be responsible for the development of training modules, supervision of trainees, and ensuring that all training programs are aligned with industry standards.QualificationsCoding Experience with AAPC Certification.Medical Coding and Medical Terminology skills.Ability to create effective training programs and to evaluate and improve them.Hands-on experience with various coding techniques and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.Certification in related specialist areas.Familiarity with the latest medical coding standards and regulations.Requirements AAPC certification required for the candidate.Minimum of 3+ years' experience in medical coding is mandatory.Bachelor's Degree in relevant University.Notes:It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience in teaching medical coding concepts or related fields, as well as a familiarity with the latest medical coding standards and regulations.
