Ltd. is an RDSO-approved fabrication unit / Factory in Rohtak District (HR) that meets all technical requirements for rail and road Bridge fabrication.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at PSK Infrapower Private Limited in Kalanaur. The Factory Manager will oversee:The day-to-day administration of the manufacturing plant; Manage a team of production supervisors and workers;Ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively; Legal/ Statutory Compliance;Implementing and maintaining Labour compliance viz. The Factory Act, 1948; The Minimum Wages Act 1948; The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948; The Employees' Provident Funds and Misc. Provision (EPF AND MP) Act, 1952; etc.;Liaisoning with PF, ESIC, Labour, Factory, Electricity etc.;Monitoring inventory levels;Managing the budget for the factory.QualificationsProduction Planning and Production Management skillsKnowledge of Manufacturing OperationsLeadership and Personnel Management skillsAnalytical and Problem-solving skillsKnowledge of budgeting and financial managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Relations/Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in the PEB industry is a plus PRB
