We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team in Andheri - W, Mumbai. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ Yrs of post qualification.ResponsibilitiesCash flow & Fund flow ManagementMonitoring and forecasting of Cash Flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and upcoming financial obligations.To Develop fund flow projections and scenarios to support long-term financial planning and capital allocation decisions.Coordinating with procurement team to ensure timely and accurate processing of import vendor payments. Verifying import invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents to ensure compliance with import regulations.Monitoring and tracking the status of LCs and import payments to ensure timely execution and settlement.Accounting & Financial StatementsPreparation, examination, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Reviewing financial transactions and identifying any potential tax implications or liabilities.Reconciliation of accounts, banking & financial transactions, and preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.TaxationReview of Preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Providing guidance and support to internal teams on GST compliance matters.Preparation and filing of income tax returns, tax computations, and other related documents.Representing clients before tax authorities during tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and tax audits to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.Conducting detailed reviews of tax returns and financial statements to identify potential tax issues, risks, and opportunities for tax optimisation.Compliance'sSecretarial - Filing of ReturnsRBI - Timely filing of APR as requiredTransfer Pricing & MIS reportsPreparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reportsMonitoring changes in transfer pricing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance and recommend adjustments to transfer pricing policies as necessary.Review valuation reports, presentations, and memorandum summarising key findings and recommendations for management reviewCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to understand data requirements and ensure accuracy and relevance of MIS reports.Providing required details to Subsidiary and Associate Companies, ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to senior management as needed.QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant with 3-7 Yrs experience.Worked on SAPGood in MS Excel. Please visit www.garonitpharma.com for more information about the organisation.
