Hiring Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Quality Control for reputed manufacturing client at ChennaiIndustry: Manufacturing Industry (Green field project)Exp: 5 to 10 yearsCTC: Max 12 LPA can be offeredRole & responsibilities:.Prepare Quality Manual.Organize Management Review meeting and maintain records.Reporting on the performance of the Quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement of Quality System.Arrange reviews of non-conforming product /process.Attend customer complaints.Conducting inspections and auditsCollaborating with an organization's purchasing manager to ensure raw materials from external suppliers meet quality requirementsAssist In-charge Purchase in selection of Subcontractors.Control, calibrate and maintain Monitoring &. Measuring devices.Assist sub-contractors' quality system development.Verification of incoming raw materials purchased item, in-process item and finished products.To initiate and monitor corrective action and for taking preventive actions.
